ELAC Vela BS403.2 Bookshelf Speakers
For years, audiophiles have cherished ELAC’s 400 Series speakers. Now, the VELA Series aims to take its place, boasting advancements such as the hand-assembled JET 5 folded ribbon tweeter produced in Germany.
Each speaker sports a 6″ aluminum and paper “sandwich” woofer with a die-cast basket and a unique, crystal-shaped cone design. Add all of that up and you get punchy, musical bass that can fill even large rooms. The convex shaped baffle and the big radius’s of the cabinet promote the acoustics because influences of cabinet to frequency response are reduced.
